So I am, totally.

The past few weeks proved to be anything but a secuential series of stressful events. I could write and rant about each of them, but I'll focus my current rage on just one specific topic:

Oh, the Bureoucracy! (or how-ever it's spelled)

I wrote a book, remember? Well, I STILL couldn't register the text. Why? Because the entity responsible for text authory and so on has became a massive pile of rubbish (to be extremely tame on the expression).

If I want my novel to be registered to my name, I must travel to the Capital and do all the paperwork in person. I really LOATHE the idea. Not only because I must FIRST do additional paperwork in my own city (which I didn't need to, a year or so ago). Not just because the very idea of going to the Capital, the CAPITAL, that overloaded monster of a nervous-breakdown-giver sonofafemaledoggie, gives me the shivers in the WORSE way. No, I really LOATHE the idea because, see, THEY ARE DAMN BUREOUCRACY MORONS!! If I commit ONE mistake in the paperwork, say, if I forget a comma, they'll jump at me to stomp on my head with mountain climber's boots (yeah, those with big, sharp NAILS on them) and go "Nyeah-Nyeah, you did it wrong, n00b, do it again, three times!!!".

I can also send someone to do the paperwork for me, except that, if I DO do that, I must do EXTRA paperwork indicating that THAT person, and only THAT person, can do the paperwork for me; SO, if I happen to do the paperwork for Mister X and Mister X-And-A-Half takes his place on the last moment, HE WON'T BE ABLE TO DO ANY DAMN PAPERWORK.

I'm really irritated for this. The last time I registered a text (which I never published because a totally different series of events that are not related to this journal) all I had to do was go to the local Registry house, give them a copy of my book, and then they gave me the forms, they HELPED me write down the forms properly, they sealed my work safely, delivered to the main Registry house at the Capital, and three days later I returned to the local Registry to pick up my paper indicating that, YES, I AM THE RIGHTFUL OWNER. Period.

They messed everything up. I'm really SICK of it. But I'll keep trying, I'm gonna publish this book, one way or another.
